About Sound Healing
Sound healing is a frequency-based wellness practice that uses gentle vibration to support the body’s regulatory systems. Sessions may incorporate precision-calibrated tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, and gongs to encourage nervous system regulation, reduce stress-related tension, and support the body’s natural healing response.
Drawing from principles found in other integrative, frequency-based practices, sound healing supports relaxation, circulation, and physiological coherence; foundational elements of immune resilience and overall well-being. By helping the body shift out of chronic stress and into a state of rest and regulation, this work offers meaningful support for those navigating ongoing stress or complex health challenges.
Sound healing is a non-invasive wellness practice intended to complement medical and supportive care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
My Approach
I collaborate closely with each client, prioritizing autonomy, communication, and consent. Every session is guided by your feedback and fully tailored to your individual needs.
I also provide somatic exercises and grounding techniques you can use anytime, anywhere to support emotional regulation and resilience. As a facilitator, I hold your experience in the highest regard. You direct the session, and I offer insight, tools, and support to create a restorative and intentional experience.
